AMA physician practices is comprised of a group of family medicine, urgent care, and senior care centers in addition to ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs) primarily acquired on a regional basis with the lead physician staying on full-time.

AMRx Pharmacy provides compounding services that are tailored to meet the specific needs of its patients. Compounding offers unique dosage forms, palatable flavors, hard to find medications, sugar, preservative, dye or lactose-free medications. It has benefits such as personalized medication, convenience, special formulas and unique treatments, access to hard to obtain or discontinued medications, better tasting medicine for children and adults, minimized allergic reactions, and lower cost.

Compounded medications are beneficial for patients with unusual health needs, such as those who require limited dosage strengths, difficulty swallowing, gluten-free medications, allergen-free medications, malnourishment, medications that have been discontinued, and unsavory tastes.

AMDME is a subsidiary of AMA that manages and supplies Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to patients deemed medically eligible. Through a direct relationship with Legacy GPO, AMDME is able to offer these supplies at a discounted rate while providing a healthier margin for AMA. DME includes orthotics, mobility devices, diabetic supplies, CPAP machines, and more.

Additionally, AMDME utilizes a lean approach to streamline the order process and minimize human interactions that lead to billing errors and missed revenues. The data collected from this process also provides deep insight into patient and practice needs. With their experienced Executive Management team, strong account relationships, and comprehensive product lines, AMDME is uniquely positioned to gain market share in this segment.
